Your sponsorship gains you:

- your choice of insert in delegate bags (see below)
- your logo on stream holding slides
- an innovation session (see below)
- a 2x3 metre stand
- 20 delegate passes

Symposia: two available – one per day £15,000
One hour lunchtime symposium session of your choice featured on the event agenda. Subject must be approved in advance. Your sponsorship gains you:
- symposium room
- listing in the conference programme
- delegate hot lunches (main course hot buffet, option to book additional sweet course)
- all AV requirements
- 15 delegate passes
Innovation sessions four available - morning and afternoon on each day £7,500
A half hour slot within the programme where you can present a session of your choice while delegates enjoy their tea break. Subject must be approved in advance. Your sponsorship includes:
- dedicated room
- listing in the conference programme
- all AV requirements
- tea, coffee, biscuits (option to book additional catering)
Exhibition space
- Shell scheme £250 per sqm
- 2x2 metre stand £1,000
- 2x3 metre stand £1,500
- Charity pods £200 (available to registered charities only)
- Bag insert £100 per item (maximum six inserts, up to A4 size, maximum 200gsm)
- Giveaways £100 per item (e.g. pen, stress ball, maximum four giveaways available, up to 150mm2, up to 50g)
